Sharon Osbourne:"Not being beautiful was an education."

I agree with Sharon Osbourne. Not being beautiful you are already facing so much obstacle be it at work or love life. I am facing both. Work. Since i took over my current job which was previously held by a tall and slim lady i am being discriminate at work by this guy. From day one he make his point by being all laughters and smile at my colleague and behind her back, all frowns and ignoring me. Even though i am in charge now he doesn't even want to talk to me and always call my colleague instead. He even futhur make his point over the phone by comparing the way i work and the way my colleague work. I mean like hello! I know we are different in size you don't have to make it even more obvious! So today over the phone he didn't even want to give me the chance to explain and talk and push all the blame to me. I got so fed up with him that i just let him said whatever he wanted to say, cut the crap and hang up the phone. And for your information he is around 40 and married with kids.

Love life. Being fat means naturally you are being slide over for a slimmer girl. Well this is what happen in the country where i live. Guys here prefer petitie girl, long hair, porcelain skin, skinny legs, girlish type of girl. I don't even get the chance to display what my interests and personality are. Blah blah blah you get the idea.

On a positive note, I know i am complaining but sometimes life really work in such way that one has to work much harder to fight for equals chance. But Sharon sure was right, it's an education not being beautiful! You learn from mistake, revamp yourself to be a better person. Maybe some beautiful woman who never have to go through what me or other average looking girls gone through will be 'less educated!" LOL!

Imprinting

Imprinting....i was reading my Twilight series book again...i am reading book 4 now...Breaking Dawn. For those familiar with the terms Imprinting you will know what i mean, but for those who are not...it kinda complicated. In the book, the werewolves will imprint in their own species on the opposite sex and hence the ability to carry on the next generation. Imprinting will be something like love at first sight. Once you see the person you will know. Everything will be thrown out, all worries, stress and any strings that tied you down will be floated away and your concentration will be on the person you imprinted. The Love of you life.

So Imprinting... it might be interesting if apply on human beings but somehow i related to imprinting. For the longest time i don't have a bf and sometimes i wonder if i am a default. Just like Leah in the book... no male wolves imprinted on her because of the possibility she was menopausal period. She cannot carry on the bloodline for any. Imprinting doesn't happen even if you force it. Like Jacob driving to any place trying to force himself to imprint on any girl to forget about Bella. Sometimes thats how i feel... wonder why i don't have a bf...why am i not imprinted? Is there anything wrong with me, that the opposite sex somehow shun me that way. Literally shun me. It just like i have a replusive nature or like an opposite pole magnet that somehow i manage to repel guys! LOL! I don't know honestly...maybe God has a plan for me...lonely in an old folks home? LOL!

Sorry for the depressive note for the subject but it just i feel strongly for the subject and i hope someone out there feels the same like i do.

3) I include this mini lipgloss because i love the packaing...so simple and chic! Price USD $0.99 but then it only for 1oz size

4) Dial a lash! LOL! I miss those! I used to have one...i think it was by Maybeline but it was so long ago like 8 to 10 yrs? I was still in high school back then! But judging the reviews at the website it looks like a fantastic buy! And the best thing is if you want to go for thick and fuller lashes you just dial up the digits! Price: USD $9.50

Hiya all! I came across this lovely No.7 limited edition eyeshadow at Target.com See how lovely the colours are!? Looking at it makes me so upbeat and gigglish cos it so pretty! I might want to get it cos living in Singapore, we don't carry No.7 and of cos no Target stores! I will just have to order it online then!

And while I am going on about online shopping i might as well share with you what i found online at Target! I love this store cos they have so many great fashion finds at such affordable price! I love to get stuffs at low cost but mix and match and make it look like a million bucks! I have friends who hate going shopping with me cos they always spent so much money with me finding for them all the good stuff! Well....tough! LOL!

Here's the bag i absolutely divinely LOVE!

And this black grunge bag is so cool! Great for slinging it over my body or on the shoulder while on the go!

And finally i can resist this tote bag, although it not for everyone esp single gals like me! LOL!

Rimmel Glam Eyes Mascara

Anyone has used Rimmel Glam eyes mascara?

I bought it after seeing Rimmel counter for the first time in my country! I wanted to try the Rimmel Sexy curls but since it didn't come in waterproof and my eyes tears like nobody business i settle for the Glam eyes.

My complain: My lashes doesn't remain curl! Once i used the eyelash curler and applied the mascara, i can see my lashes DROOP right in front of me! I was gutted! My lashes never had that kind of problem! NEVER! I try 2 coats and used the eyelash curler again. Nada! Stuborn as hell straight lashes! What is happening! Finally next time i had to used my Majolica Majorca as a base coat and then applied the Rimmel Glam my lashes stayed curl! (Btw MM mascara is fantastic! I have been using for 2 years now!)

So let me know if you have the same problem with Rimmel Glam mascara!
